Donald Trump says the United States will govern Venezuela indefinitely after sending in special forces to snatch the country's president as he slept. Addressing journalists hours after the capture of Nicolas Maduro and wife Cilia in Caracas on Saturday, the president said:

Today, while serving, a man came through the line who was hitting, yelling, and screaming at his, and he even threatened to pepper spray her if she didn’t sit down in the pouring rain.
