So I might’ve sat down a little too long over the last few weeks. Y’all, my motivation to run/workout consistently has been nonexistent and I’ve been relaxing in my comfort zone. But now I finally feel the itch to move again. I can’t stay immobile for too long and I definitely haven’t been making the best food choices.
