I don't recommend anyone do the zottman curl.It may seem that by combining two movements together you're doing twice the amount of work but in reality you end up providing less of a stimulus to both muscle groups.You're better off separating the movements between bicep curls and reverse curls.Something quite similar that I'd actually recommend is just supinating on your bicep curls (so starting with a neutral wrist and twisting the wrist palms up as you curl).This way you're training the act of

Forearm Workout Zottman curl • 25lbs 30-40 reps x 4 sets Start with a supine grip, palms facing up. Begin the movement by curling the dumbbells upward, as you would with a normal dumbbell curl. In the fully contracted position, flex for 1-2-seconds, then rotate your wrist and forearm so that you're now using a prone or palms-facing-down grip. Lower the weight into a full stretch through your biceps and forearms. Repeat until muscle failure. #fitness #workout #motivation #training #gym #lifestyle
